Other benefits of AHAs like lactic acid include improved skin tone and reduced pore appearance. Urea which is a keratolytic is used to treat dry/rough skin conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis,corns, callus, etc.) and some nail problems(e.g., ingrown nails).it may also be used to help remove dead tissue in some Wounds to help wound healing. Hyaluronic acid is well known for its skin benefits, especially alleviating dry skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and speeding up wound healing.
